Having been born in a (once) communist country, Romania, we know firsthand the persecution that the church endured and the preciousness of any Bibles and Biblical material that would be shared secretly by believers. Yesterday, we had the pleasure to find out that Martin Tu, a reader from Taiwan who came across our blog, has been translating and subtitling video sermons in the Chinese language by Paul Washer, Bob Jennings, Tim Conway, Leonard Ravenhill, Al Mohler with Ravi Zacharias and RC Sproul, John Piper and John MacArthur. Below are some links that we are familiar with that can be shared with our brothers and sisters in China. Pray for the Lord to open the hearts and eyes of the men and women of China so that they may receive the Gospel of Jesus Christ unto salvation. Also pray that God raises up men and women to do the tedious work of translating and to be ready to serve when and where God will open doors in this huge country (see map comparison to the USA at bottom of this page).

The Harvest Is Plentiful, the Laborers Few
35 And Jesus went throughout all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom and healing every disease and every affliction. 36 When he saw the crowds, he had compassion for them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. 37 Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; 38 therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest tosend out laborers into his harvest.”
