Here is a video from an expert that works with Barnevernet cases. It gives some hints to parents that have or will have problems with CPS system in Norway.

And in order to understand more the paradox of the system, a girl like the one in this video can actually decide to remove a child from his parents without any court order, expertize or legal supervision. She does not have to make any sort of investigation or inquiry but can act on any suspicion or concern message regarding the family. She can make the documentation by herself, based only on her observations without any supervision or interference from the legal system. She is not even trained on how to conduct this investigation or what this investigation should look like.

But what she is trained for is to look at a list of possible trauma or probabilities of negative developments of the child and act based on those things. It doesn’t matter if they are pure inventions or there are no evidence that those developments might really happen in the future. If it is a probability then she will act based only on that.

She is of course trained to ignore and even criticize the biological bond and the feelings between the parents and the child. They have no place in her world. They belong to the history. She does not have a family or children and she believes that only she knows how to reise or educate a child.

I am sure that not everybody in the system is like that, but when the people meet these kind of social workers what is the solution?

Aici este un video de la un expert care lucrează cu cazuri Barnevernet. Acesta oferă câteva sugestii pentru părinții care au sau vor avea probleme cu sistemul CPS din Norvegia.

Și în scopul de a înțelege mai bine paradoxul sistemului, o fată ca cea din acest film, poate decide de fapt sa ia un copil de la părinții săi, fără nici un ordin judecătoresc, expertiza sau supraveghere legală. Ea nu trebuie să facă nici un fel de investigație sau anchetă, si poate acționa la orice mesaj de suspiciune sau de îngrijorare în ceea ce privește familia. Ea poate sa-si faca propria ei documentație, doar pe baza observațiilor sale, fără nici o supraveghere sau intervenție din partea sistemului juridic. Ea nici măcar nu este instruita cu privire la modul in care sa efectueze această investigație sau cum ar trebui să arate.

Dar pentru ceea ce ea a fost instruita, este ca sa se uite la o listă de posibile traume sau probabilități ale evoluțiilor negative ale copilului și să acționeze pe baza acestor lucruri. Nu are importanță dacă acestea sunt doar pure invenții sau ca nu există nici o dovadă că aceste evoluții s-ar putea intr-adevar întâmpla, în viitor. Dacă exista o probabilitate, atunci ea va acționa doar pe baza acesteia..

Ea este, desigur instruita să ignore și chiar sa critice legătura biologică și sentimentele dintre părinți și copil. Acestea nu au loc în lumea ei. Ele aparțin istoriei. Ea nu are o familie sau copii și crede că numai ea știe cum să creasca sau să educe un copil.
