June 6, 2016 (LifeSiteNews) – In the face of international pressure, the Norwegian government has dropped charges against Bodnariu parents and agreed to return their four children still in foster homes spread across the country.

After meetings through most of last week between the „county board,” the parents Marius and Ruth Bodnariu’s lawyers, and lawyers for the Barnevernet, the child welfare agency that seized their five children last November, the latter grudgingly dropped its case and agreed to return the children.

„They will return the two boys this week,” Houston lawyer Peter Costea told LifeSiteNews. „They wanted the girls to stay with their foster families until they finish school.”

The Blaze – Norway to Return Seized Children to Christian Parents Accused of ‘Indoctrination’

In January, TheBlaze reported on the Norwegian parents whose five children were taken from them in November by the government on charges of “indoctrination.” The Christian couple was accused of radicalism for raising their children with Christian beliefs.

The family appealed the decision to remove the children, but it was rejected.

Norway is set to return a Christian couple’s five children whom it seized after their case triggered international outcry and rallies.

The case sparked protests in Romania, which spread to the international community including Australia and the United States. Thousands of people rallied in front of Norwegian embassies demanding the return of the five children to their parents. The said protests were coordinated via social media, Romania Insider reports.

A group of Romanian MPs also went to Norway to discuss the case of the Bodnarius with the authorities. After almost seven months, the Naustdal Municipality in Norway has finally agreed to return the five children to the Bodnarius.

On June 3, it was announced that an agreement had been settled and the family would finally be reunited.

The treatment of the Bodnariu family by Norway’s child welfare service or Barnevernet is to be investigated by a committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE).

According to Ardelean: „The report will consider to which extent the abusive measures taken by the Childcare Social Services (Barnevernet) from Norway are compatible with the Council of Europe standards in this specific field, and the resolution, which will draw the main conclusions from the report, will make concrete legislative recommendations to the Norwegian competent authorities.”

„Am convenit să aprofundăm relațiile la nivel cultural. După cum știți, domnul președinte a fost primar al Sibiului. Avem o relație specială, am fost (Sibiu și Luxemburg — n.r.) capitale culturale”, a declarat Xavier Bettel.

Premierul Luxemburgului, Xavier Bettel, s-a casatorit în mai anul trecut cu partenerul sau homosexual, devenind astfel primul lider al Uniunii Europene implicat intr-o casatorie intre persoane de acelasi sex.

❤️Doamne Ajută.❤️ Procesul sa amînat deoarece Social Services nu a avut dovezi împotriva mea că eu aș fi făcut publice detaliile acelui cuplu de Homoxexuali.Pe 20 E adopția finala a copiilor mei deci ei vor sa dea copii in adoptie si apoi sa mă Aresteze procesul fiind amînat undeva dupa data de 20.Am fost reprezentat de un Avocat Privat.Repet eu nu am facut publice Adresa Numele Pozele acelui cuplu dar am văzut postări pe internet cu ei.Nu este vina mea.Tot ce postez aici postez de ani de zile așadar nu se puteau trezi peste noapte sa imi interzică să mai postez.Va multumesc că sunteti alături de mine. 🌟 Sursa: Romani care au fost la proces: Avocatul ma va suna in orele următoare sa imi spună oficial.

Lidera filialei din statul american Georgia a organizației American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), Maya Dillard Smith, a demisionat după ce i-a devenit clar că agenda organizației sale îi afectează pe propriii copii.

ATLANTA, May 31, 2016 (LifeSiteNews) – The African-American woman who leads a state chapter of the ACLU has resigned, citing her own daughters’ “frightened” reaction to biological males using the women’s restroom.

The liberal legal group’s opposition to the bill – which otherwise leaves restroom policies up to business owners – proved the ACLU holds a legal philosophy Dillard Smith says she can no longer support.

“My children were visibly frightened, concerned about their safety and left asking lots of questions for which I, like many parents, was ill-prepared to answer,” she continued.

In a statement, she said that the ACLU has become “a special interest organization that promotes not all, but certain progressive rights.

Cazul Bodnariu: Statul norvegian s-a temut de un precedent

Sagaua familiei Bodnariu căreia statul novegian i-a luat cei cinci copii are un final fericit. Unchiul copiilor, Daniel Bodnariu, a declarat pentru Mediafax că s-a făcut dreptate, iar fratele său şi soţia acestuia vor fi reuniţi cu copiii. El a susţinut că decizia de reunire a celor mici cu părinţii a venit ca o mare bucurie şi că este o veste aşteptată de mult timp.

Avem planuri să ne vedem cu toţii, toată familia, noi suntem şase fraţi care trăim pe continente diferite, dar ne vom strânge toţi undeva să fim împreună”, a mai povestit Daniel Bodnariu.

El a mai povestit că era sigur că fratele lui nu a greşit şi avea convingerea că era o „cauză dreaptă” susţinând în acelaşi timp că i-a fost teamă de o decizie nefavorabilă din partea autortăţilor norvegiene.

Unchiul copiilor este convins că „statul norvegian a luptat atât de mult de teamă să nu creeze un precedent, de aceea s-au luptat cu atâta înverşunare”.
